Terms and Conditions of Sale Relais Saint Jean

Thank you for choosing the Relais Saint Jean hotel and we would like to inform you below of the conditions of sale of your reservation:
– Breakfast: in buffet or in room at the rate of 17.00 euros per person (service from 6.30 am to 11 am), breakfast at 8.50 euros for children under 12 years old.
– Cancellation and no-show: The client can cancel his reservation free of charge one day before the arrival. The client will have to pay the full amount of the reservation if he/she cancels on the day of arrival.
– Children’s policy: accommodation is free for 1 child under 12 years of age sharing a room with a parent. Supplement of 18.00 euros for children above 12 years old and for 2 children under 12 years old. Children under 2 years old are considered “babies” (cot)
Some of our rooms can be proposed, at your convenience, in double bed or in 2 single beds. Please inform us when you make your reservation.
For the comfort of all, our establishment is entirely non-smoking.
Force majeure events beyond our control may result in a change in room category, or a later check-in time than the scheduled arrival time of 3pm.
Payment: We accept payment in cash, VISA, AMEX, MAESTRO, EUROCARD.
The hotel pre-authorizes guests’ credit cards prior to arrival for all types of conditions.
The amount that the hotel blocks on the guests’ credit card is : First night.

– Jacuzzi: By reservation only, for guests staying at the hotel at the rate of 25.00 euros for 1 hour (closed for maintenance when necessary)
– Parking: We have reserved parking spaces on level -1 and direct access to the reception. 12.00 euros per day per car. The entrance is at 49 rue Général de Gaulle. Maximum height 1m85
